Imprint: [Provider name]

Format for a provider identification page (imprint, in German Impressum, also called "legal notice" or "site notice") for a website or app offered on a commercial basis. Based on Art. 5 of the E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC, with Germany's Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG) section 5 as a dated EU example (it replaced section 5 of the Telemediengesetz in May 2024).
