New Hire Onboarding Plan Template (Preboarding to Day 90)

90-day outcomes, preboarding, day 1 and week 1, 30-60-90 phases, buddy, stakeholders, required training, legal first-day steps, check-ins

How to use: Use it when someone accepts an offer, so preboarding starts before day one. Fill the 90-day outcomes and the preboarding owners first, then book the check-ins. The main pitfall is leaving equipment, accounts and paperwork until the start date.
