Team Offsite Plan Template
Team offsite plan: outcomes, agenda linked to outcomes, pre-work, per-person budget with contingency, logistics and wellbeing checklist, follow-up
How to use: Use it when planning a team offsite or away day. Fill the outcomes first and link every agenda block to one. The main pitfall is decisions that fade because nobody records owners before people travel home.
